Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Conduct high-quality outbound calls daily to engage potential clients in the US market.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure 810 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers across various industries.
  • Outreach Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outreach platforms to identify and connect with prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Identify key decision-makers, understand their pain points, and position our IT services as the ideal solution.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into scheduled appointments.
  • CRM Management: Record all interactions, update prospect information, and track progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 45 years of proven cold-calling experience in the US market, ideally within the IT services sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficient in LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-based targets consistently.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work US shifts to align with the target market's time zone.
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
