Configuration Specialists

• We are looking for smart intelligent professionals to add capacity and functional knowledge to our growing team.

• The candidate should be able to understand and configure complex customer SOPs and operational business workflows into a digital framework of forms, workflows, and dashboards.

• Has to be a self-motivated and effective in a hybrid work environment.

• Has the potential to lead teams and manage key customers and is proactive and innovative.

• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally

• Work with sensitive data and high priority processes while recognizing the importance and need to protect and keep such data private.

• Experience of applications and business processes in Crisis management and BCP or Operational Processes would be an added qualification.

• Our BAs will directly interface with Customers in the US and other countries after their training is over. We need candidates with excellent English communication skills and the capacity to work with US Time Zones.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor s degree or BBA with High Scores/ MBA or similar professional degree
• Excellent English communication skills
