Product Managers

Core requirement:

• Ability to understand a process and configure a complex customer SOP into a digital framework of forms, workflows, and dashboards. Integrated with GIS and a full communications suite.

• Ability to quickly ramp up to work directly with customers and lead a team

• Self-motivated and effective in a work from home situation and comfortable with the face to face meetings to collaborate and ideate to take the solutions and the product to the next levels

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor s degree with High Scores/ MBA or similar professional degree

Certifications on Industry Recognized Frameworks preferable but not mandatory

• Excellent English communication skills

• Understanding of Processes, Workflows, MIS in an enterprise space.

• The ability to design solutions that are critical and digitally trans formative and suggest improvements and modifications to increase efficiency and employee productivity delivering exceptional value to our clients

• Work with sensitive data and high priority processes while recognizing the importance and need to protect and keep such data private.

• Experience from Crisis management and BCP best practices or Operational Processes would be an added qualification.

• Unmatched leadership qualities and have built teams and skills

• An attitude of being proactive and innovative.
