Role Description.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Development.
The role involves tasks such as business planning, sales, account management, and overall business development strategies in line with company goals and this is a role where in you have to work with the PAN India operations.
Qualifications.
- Business Planning and Analytical Skills.
- Sales and Account Management expertise.
- Business Development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Responsible for managing business development and Key account Management teams.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Monitor the BD funnel and ensure the same is being maintained properly by the team.
- Prioritize the BD target prospects basis selection guidelines.
- Responsible for driving the business revenue on a short-term and long-term basis by identifying and onboarding potential clients and aiming to keep them as repeat customers.
- Planning and directing organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analysing business opportunities.
- Conducting or directing the internal investigation of compliance issues.
- Ensure employees are well informed, educated, and trained on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices.
- Ensuring internal and clients SOPs are followed to avoid crisis or compliance violation.
- Supporting clients with their external audit as needed.
- To ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance report on behalf of client.
- Responsible for ensuring timely submission of compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring that all compliance updates are timely communicated to clients. Management Review and reporting as per requirement.
