Manager/Sr. Manager Utility Engg.(API) @Ipca Ratlam

Role & responsibilities:

1. To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Chilling Plant, Brine Plant, Air Compressor, N2 Plant, Soft Water Plant, Cooling Tower, Thermic Fluid System, Air conditioning system, Boiler etc.

2. To ensure timely preventive maintenance of Chilling Plant, Brine Plant, Air Compressor, N2 Plant, Soft Water Plant, Central Air conditioning system, Cooling Tower, Thermic Fluid System, Pumps etc.

3. To ensure that Utility equipment's operation records are filed as per cGMP.

4. To co-ordinate for attending any break down in Utilities.

5. To ensure quality of Utility is maintained as per cGMP requirements.

6. To ensure Gauge calibration timely compliance and review of calibration certificate.

7. To ensure time preparation of MIS of Utility Sections.

8. To ensure LOTO implementation and execute jobs in Utility.

9. Execution of various energy Conservation measures in Utility.

10. To Assist the Sectional head related to day to day administrative issue of Utility Sections.

11. To ensure timely preventive maintenance of Chilling Plant, Brine Plant, Air Compressor, N2 Plant, Soft Water Plant, Central Air conditioning system, Cooling Tower, Thermic Fluid System, Pumps etc.

12. To ensure Utility related operation records and preventive maintenance activities are complying cGMP norms.

13. To handle deviations, CCP and CAPA etc. Through Trackwise System.

Preferred candidate profile:

BE/B.Tech. (Mechanical) with approx. 18-25 Years of experience in pharmaceutical (API) industry in managing utility section.

Note: Only candidates from Pharmaceuticals (API) industry shall be considered.

Other industry experience shall not be considered.
