Job Description

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Premium Product Direct Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales for our premium products. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities


• Proactively identify and target potential high-value customers for premium product offerings.

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain premium clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the premium product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of premium products.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to support product development and improvement.
  • Attend networking events and actively promote the companys premium products.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-6 years of experience in direct sales, preferably selling premium or high-value products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
