Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, youll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user and developer documentation, ensuring everyone has the resources they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- >Create technical documentation, including conceptual overviews, task-based guides, API definitions, and tutorials.
- >Collaborate closely with product managers and developers for a deep understanding of our products and services.
- >Translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content
- >Develop documentation templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards.
- >Define and enforce standards and processes for creating and publishing external documentation.
- >Guide developers on documentation best practices and standards.
Qualifications:
- >Bachelors in Computer Science or communications (or similar experience)
- >Proven technical writing experience (clear & precise communication)
- >Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- >Ability to learn complex subjects quickly and explain them in simple language
- >Experience with product documentation, manuals, guides & tutorials
- >Experience collaborating with design, product & engineering teams
- >High level of autonomy and accountability.
