Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Email Marketing, CRM, Google Analytics, PPC)

Location: Bangalore

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Marketing Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, Email Marketing, CRM management, Google Analytics & PPC setup, maintenance, and execution. The candidate will drive our digital strategy by improving search rankings, managing ad campaigns, optimizing email marketing efforts, and enhancing customer relationships via CRM tools. The role demands both creativity and a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data insights to optimize performance across multiple marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • • Develop and manage SEO strategies, focusing on keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization & link building.
  • • Ensure website structure is optimized for crawling and indexing.
  • • Implement and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console.
  • • Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
  • • User Experience Optimization & Monitoring: Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure website navigation, mobile responsiveness and load times are optimized for both search engines and user experience. Utilize tools like GTMetrix, Lucky Orange, and Microsoft Clarity to ensure optimal UX and track the impact via Google Analytics.

Email Marketing:

  • • Design and implement end-to-end segmented email campaigns that drive engagement.
  • • Use email automation tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot for personalized communication.
  • • Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimize accordingly.
  • • Compliance & Testing: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • • Manage customer data and segmentation in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • • Integrate CRM data with marketing campaigns to deliver personalized experiences.
  • • Monitor and report on CRM performance, including customer engagement and retention rates.
  • • Manage the proper setup and execution of CRM tools, data pipelines, and customer segmentation to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Google Analytics Setup, Maintenance & Execution:

  • • Ensure correct Google Analytics setup for tracking and reporting.
  • • Use Google Tag Manager to deploy tracking codes and measure user behavior.
  • • Create and maintain custom reports to track website and campaign performance.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management:

  • • Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
  • • Manage budgets, ad copy, and landing pages for optimal performance.
  • • Track conversions and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics and A/B testing.

Cross-Channel Integration:

  • • Integrated Campaigns: Create and manage integrated campaigns that utilize SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and CRM, ensuring unified messaging across all digital channels.
  • • Analytics Integration: Ensure that data from SEO, PPC, Email, and CRM activities is tracked cohesively using Google Analytics to provide comprehensive insights.

Advanced Analytics:

  • • Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and preferences across multiple channels, using data from SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, CRM, and Google Analytics.
  • • Reporting: Create comprehensive reports that include SEO performance, PPC ROI, email campaign success, CRM metrics, and web analytics for a holistic view of marketing efforts using Google Analytics dashboards and Google Data Studio.


Qualifications:

  • • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, CRM, and Google Analytics.
  • • Proven track record of successful SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and CRM campaigns.
  • • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, SE Ranking), PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads), Email Marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendInBlue), and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • • Experience in Google Analytics setup, configuration, and execution.
  • • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a must.
