Title Search Lead

US Mortgage Responsibilities:

• Utilize specialized title search software such as Title Point, Data Trace, and Data Tree to conduct thorough title searches for mortgage transactions.
• Perform searches for current owner information, ensuring accurate identification and verification of property ownership details.
• Conduct comprehensive searches for properties with single and multiple owners, analysing title documents, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other relevant records.
• Identify and assess any discrepancies, encumbrances, or title defects that may impact the mortgage transaction.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, real estate agents, and attorneys to communicate search findings and address any title-related issues or concerns.
• Prepare detailed title reports summarizing search results, highlighting any risks or exceptions, and providing recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing title searches and mortgage transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in title insurance regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies related to title searching.
  
  

MUST

• Mandatory experience with Netronline.
• 10+ years of experience as a Title Searcher with a focus on current owner searches and full searches, Nationwide Title Search.
• Should be well work on all the states.
• Should be hands on experience in Ground Abstractor, Creating Abstract Network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Legal Studies, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in title searching for mortgage transactions, with proficiency in Title Point, Data Trace, and Data Tree software.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, title insurance principles, and property law.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex title issues.
• Working Experience in Subscription Sites.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
