Invimatic Technologies - MDM Data Team Lead (5-7 yrs)

Summary :

The MDM Data Team Lead plays a critical role in managing and maintaining master data across the organization, ensuring data quality and integrity.

This position focuses on driving a team to deliver on repetitive data tasks, implementing data governance policies, conducting research on companies, resolving data issues, and supporting various business units with accurate and consistent data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain master data management (MDM) processes : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems.

- Drive and support team to perform repetitive data tasks : Execute data entry, data cleansing, and data validation activities regularly to maintain data integrity.

- Company research : Conduct thorough research on companies to gather and verify relevant data, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.

- Collaborate with business units : Work closely with MDM Team manager and team to understand data needs and provide support for data-related projects.

- Monitor the quality of newly created data.

- Assist with data cleansing and validation.

- Perform regular data quality checks and take corrective actions to resolve data issues.

- Assist MDM team with enforcing data governance policies and standards to ensure data integrity.

- May include routine reviews of comprehensive documentation of such policies, procedures.

- Collaborate with MDM team manager on procedures, policies and standards to continuously improve data quality.

- Ensure team is properly staffed and skilled to support data Cleansing program and strategy.

- Conduct team Performance reviews and KPI metric collection to support TBI global incentives.

Experience :

- Minimum of 5+- years of experience in master data management or a related field.

- 3-5 years experience with CRMs, enterprise systems, MDM tools and technologies (e., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG) required.

- 5+ years experience in working with large datasets and ensuring data quality and integrity.

- 3-5 years' experience in conducting research and data validation.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities :

- Knowledge of CRMs, systems data, SQL, Excel and other data analytics tools.

- Proficient in data management tools and technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Works well independently.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

- Understand customer data: incorporated companies, contacts, individuals; business & non-business organizations; ownership, subsidiary, branch, & headquarters; & creditworthiness.

- Build guidelines and policies for data governance and data quality management best practices.

- Define and identify business classification and standards for industry classes and sub-classes.

- Proven ability to lead teams to deliver complex programs of work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Work with MDM Manager to build development plans for Data Management teams including KPI to hit data cleansing required targets.

- Support leadership with special projects as required:.

- Experience with B2B data providers.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) .

Education :

Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
