Senior Specialist – FP&A / Audit

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and strategic goals.
• Manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring their accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely delivery.
• Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to establish and maintain robust financial controls and risk management practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates, providing guidance on implementing the best practices.
• Mentor and support junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in key projects aimed at enhancing organizational processes and driving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts division, including exposure in Audit & Management reporting, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
• Deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), IFRS, tax regulations, and government financial compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial operations, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, audit tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government agencies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advance level of PPT, Excel and Word.
