Job Description
- Maintain data and data systems.
- Ensure all data requirements/validations are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor to enact change.
- The analyst must be able to answer questions from other analysts and users regarding the details of the data.

- A minimum of 1 year experience in Finance/Investment banking/management industry is preferred.
- Prepare attribution/contribution reports used in the analyses of performance.
- Knowledge on Portfolio return s reconciliation & investigation process down to the security level.
- Exposure to retail or institutional product lines and related skill sets.
- Good understanding of Performance calculations and methodology.
- Good understanding of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
- Demonstrates a high degree of growth mindset & adaptability to change and innovation. Seeks to understand change and its implication and benefits, then adapts behavior to support the change.
- A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
- Analytical Skills - ability to analyze large data (facts, figures and number crunching) detail-oriented aptitude and a high degree of accuracy is required.
- Critical Thinking - ability to look at data and trends and come to new conclusions based on findings.
- Attention to detail - ensure vigilance in the analysis and arrive at right conclusions.
- Communication Skills - ability to present the findings and translate the data into an understandable document.
- Excellent organization skills, the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail and accuracy a necessity.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel; Basic VB knowledge preferred.
- Self-driven and shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverables and overcome issues.
- Able to take ownership and follow through with tasks until completion.
- Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
- Hours include alternate shift work, evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by cell phone.
