Job Purpose (Job Summary):

This position will report to the Global Proxy Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will embody the player-coach mentality as in this role you are expected to not only direct the daily activities of the Proxy Voting team but also foster a working environment where talented people can thrive. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Proxy Operations Manager and the Director of Proxy Voting & Governance to drive organizational, and process change while maintaining the high standards for client satisfaction that have already been established.
