Manager Accounts & Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process effectively.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, including setting budgets, tracking performance, and preparing variance analysis reports.

- Develop financial forecasts to assist in long-term strategic planning.

3. Cash Flow & Financial Management:

- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and financial position to ensure liquidity.

- Develop and implement policies for effective treasury and investment management.

4. Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.

5. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment.

- Conduct training sessions to build financial acumen and compliance awareness within the team.

6. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

- Support management in analyzing financial results and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within a listed company.

2. Proven expertise in financial analysis, audit processes, business strategy, and MIS.

3. Strong understanding of financial regulations, specifically SEBI (LODR) requirements.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
