Role & responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring items are properly stored and accounted for.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and assist in inventory replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Stock Organization: Ensure all inventory is stored in an organized manner, easily accessible, and comply with safety regulations.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and report discrepancies.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with receiving incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and accurately record all deliveries.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment to customers or internal departments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency with inventory management software or systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
