Senior Manager/ Manager/ DI- Operations

Inventive Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ISSPL) is a well-established company operating in power utility domain across India. We specialize in Metering, Billing, RMS, MRI analysis for Electricity, Water and Gas domains.

ISSPL is looking for various people for the role of Manager /District IN charge/Divison Incharge- Operations for multiple locations in Entire UP.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring correct installation Energy Meter followed by sealing of energy meter for New Connection and other meter installation coordinating with different agencies.
• Monthly Meter Reading, Meter Data Downloading through CMRI or AMR, MDM, MDAS, Smart Metering application and Entry of Meter reading into billing system.
• Identification of abnormal event recorded in the meter by analyzing the different parameters related to tamper event, vector diagram.
• Analysis for Meter Data, MIS to Sectional heads and maintaining proper records for all such document related to consumer meter reading or meter.
• Ensuring compliance on Energy Meter Accuracy Testing requirements, performing of energy meter testing on site as well as lab.
• Ensuring handling and effective redressal of consumer complaint related to energy meter within SLG. Maintaining Records, analysis of complaint and implementation of measures for improvement.
• Safety performance for all operation and maintenance activity in line with goal zero philosophy. Ensuring compliance to all safety principle, rules and procedures.
• Taking corrective and preventive measure to ensure that all the potential unsafe acts and conditions are prevented.
• Encourage, identify, and implement new process development and process to meet customer demand, achieve greater savings, reduced wastage and higher productivity.
• Implementation of QMS and other improvement initiatives around work and Effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitoring of daily progress of assigned project. viz MRBD, CMRI, Smart meter.
• Performance monitoring of M/CI/DI on deliverables.
• Based on daily progress w.r. to daily target, monitoring of exceptions.
• Feedback of exceptions redressal.
• Submission of exceptions and redressal to concerned authorities, monitoring of the same.
• Keep watching all SLAs for assigned projects.
• Work Planning for execution of the project.
• Inventory Management
• Strategic planning about the project e.g., which task should be completed first before moving to another stage.
• Developing clear procedures w.r. to budget for a specific project.
• Should possess good communication skills.
• Managing time schedule keeping positive work environment which values the time commitment.
• Generate innovative suggestions for operational improvements.
• Create and maintain a healthy work environment among operations team.
• Assess the performance of internal & external operations including employees and procedure.
• Create effective plans for achieving operational and strategic goals.
• Developing short and long- term operational goals.
• Must possess skills like collaboration, listening delegating and decision making.
• Should have ability of Problem solving.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical
• Should have minimum 3-10 years of relevant experience
• Must be an expert in HT,LT line installation ( installation experience is must)
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
• High proficiency in spoken English, Hindi and preferably one regional language
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements specially in electricity utility domain
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
