Inventive Seeds Private Limited is seeking a suitable candidate for the role of “Seeds Trial / Testing – Sr. Executive” to work closely with our team. The location base would be Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Your passion for the agriculture industry, sound technical knowledge and skills to fulfil this role will ensure that we continue to effectively grow our practice and deliver exceptional services to our client base.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: -

• Seed Testing and Quality Control:
• Oversee and manage seed testing processes to assess germination rates, purity, seed health, and vigor.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve seed quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and regulatory compliance in seed testing procedures.
• Trial Management:
• Plan, implement, and monitor seed trials, including field trials, to evaluate the performance of new and existing seed varieties.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, agronomists, and product development teams to evaluate trial results and recommend improvements.
• Data Management & Analysis:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from seed testing and trials to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present trial reports, including detailed statistical analysis, for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate trial outcomes and seed performance evaluations to senior management

Qualification: -

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Seed Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in seed testing, trial management, or related areas, preferably in an agricultural or seed production company.
• Strong understanding of seed biology, agronomy, and plant breeding principles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and presenting findings.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field environments as required.
