Looking for a Male Candidate for the Profile

Interested Role & Responsibilities:

• Training and hiring personnel for Customer Service, Accounts, Field Operations, and Operations staff
• Conducting regular audits to ensure process compliance
• Ensuring SOPs are followed and completed within defined TAT (Turn Around Time)
• Creating and implementing training programs for new hires
• Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback
• Managing day-to-day operations and team coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Must be a Delhi resident
• Graduate with strong understanding of organizational hierarchy and management principles
• Excellent training and mentoring abilities
• Strong analytical skills for conducting audits
• Proven track record in creating a positive work environment that promotes growth
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in process improvement and implementation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual CTC: ₹2.5 Lakhs - ₹5 Lakhs
