Senior Client Manager ITES Sector
Role Overview:

As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with India's largest ITES customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring business growth, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery of IT solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the ITES sector, strategic account management, and the ability to drive complex solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the ITES customer, driving engagement at multiple levels.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Own and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) and work proactively on issue resolution.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive large enterprise sales across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the customer ecosystem.
  • Work closely with OEMs (Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, etc.) to position solutions effectively.
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

Strategic & Consultative Selling

  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding the customers IT roadmap, business priorities, and industry trends.
  • Align IT solutions with customer objectives to drive business value and ROI.
  • Work with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO) to shape digital transformation initiatives.

Collaboration & Solution Delivery

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery teams, and service partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery, renewals, and support escalations.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, project managers, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of ITES industry challenges and enterprise IT solutions (Cloud, Security, Networking, AI, Automation).
  • Experience managing large enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar annual revenue.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and C-level engagement skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, AWS, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Certifications in Cisco (CCSP, CCNP), AWS, Microsoft, or Cybersecurity domains.
  • Experience working with global ITES enterprises or Fortune 500 clients.
