What is the role?
We are looking for recruitment consultants across levels for our Healthcare & Lifesciences practice. This is a 360 degree role comprising of Business Development & Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the respective industry. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new accounts and establish long-lasting business relationships with our existing accounts.
- CXO Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value-added services.
- Business Development: Drive sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Alliance Building and Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key players, and relevant stakeholders.
- End-to-End Recruitment: The roles that you pick up from the clients, you yourself are responsible to close those roles via digging into our internal network, LinkedIn reach outs, Social media posts, pointed head hunting, job portal advertisements, generating referrals etc. You will lead the entire recruitment process from client consultation to candidate placement. It is your job to provide our clients with top notch talent who are also tailor made for their culture and growth stage.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the given sector.
We are looking for professionals from B2B Sales, Key Account Management and/or Customer Success background with a premium MBA, a decent understanding of technology and at least 2-10 years of post-MBA experience. Also open to looking at professionals from a consulting setup who have experience in managing difficult stakeholders and clients. Candidates from Banking background who have worked in Corporate /Key Account Management or Retail Banking roles or candidates in Client facing policy/government consulting roles may also apply for the same
