Role & Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70%):

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to attract and build a talent pipeline.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate terms, and handle all communication with candidates during the offer stage.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, including managing recruitment campaigns and participating in job fairs or campus recruitment drives.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining communication.
• Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare recruitment reports for management.

HR Operations (30%):

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and introduction to company policies.
• Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• HR Policies: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and resolving concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and more.
• Compliance: Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR documents, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
