ABOUT THE ROLE
Tecbinding contract.Analyst is someone who works closely with Global Product designers & Solutions Planning team, understands, and analyses overall technical architecture, business workflow, design diagrams, product/application roadmap, features & functionalities and prepares detailed technical requirements, documents them and converts overall solution development requirements into acceptable user stories in work management system.
Effectively collaborate with Software development managers, Software developers, Data Engineers, Data Science and analytics leads, ǪA & other domain experts to ensure product vision & objectives are translated into clear solution development requirements.
Facilitate, coordinate, and communicate to keep the development team focused, tracks & updates progress on the projects assigned and agreed per organizations goal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Onshore team for product planning & design sessions and participate in the
process to translate business requirements and create user stories through defined technical
specifications including communicating with systems analysts and developers to clarify
information.
• Participate Joint Application/Product Planning & design sessions with the Key technology decision makers, business users to elicit requirement and ensure they are articulated during
build/development stages until final work package delivery.
• Efficiently understand product solutions development needs and convert them into specific &
measurable work packages/user stories including their scope of work, acceptance criteria & work breakdown structure.
• Good understanding of various tech stacks being used currently, and good understanding of web and mobile development framework & practices.
Can write project/solution specifications, requirements, user stories, scope documents and
perform the role of a technical business analyst.
• Correctly interpret the architectural document, design diagrams or any micro level solution needs including Data model, data type, APIs or any associated Front-end or Back-end solutioning as required.
• Should be able to lead stand-ups, grooming, product demos and escalate questions and roadblocks as needed
• Assist and review Test Cases and participate in release management and regression testing
• Should understand Agile /SCRUM Project Boards such as DevOps, JIRA or similar.
• Should understand solution platforms such as Microsoft Dot Net, Azure , Python etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REǪUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer or Data Engineer or Data Scientist is a plus.
• High level of comfort working with custom-developed Applications
• Worked in various patterns of work estimation and project analysis.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git repositories is a plus.
ADDITIONAL ǪUALIFICATIONS
• Exposure to product-based solutions and use case definition.
• Not technology restricted in providing solutions
• Should be able to do project and work estimations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English language required for successfully articulating user-
stories clearly.
• Good documentation and diagramming skills.
• Establish work priorities and work within such boundaries.
• Interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders and team members.
