ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Business Analyst is someone who works closely with Global Product designers & Solutions
Planning team, understands, and analyses overall technical architecture, business workflow, design
diagrams, product/application roadmap, features & functionalities and prepares detailed technical
requirements, documents them and converts overall solution development requirements into acceptable
user stories inworkmanagementsystem.
Effectivelycollaborate withSoftware development managers, Software developers, Data Engineers, Data
Science and analytics leads, ǪA & other domain experts to ensureproductvision& objectives aretranslated
into clear solution development requirements.
Facilitate, coordinate, and communicate to keep the development team focused, tracks & updates progress
ontheprojects assigned and agreed per organization’s goal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
ï‚• Collaborate withOnshore team for product planning & designsessions and participate in the
process to translate business requirements and create user stories through defined technical
specifications including communicating with systems analysts and developers to clarify
information.
ï‚• Participate Joint Application/Product Planning & design sessions with the Keytechnology decision
makers, business users to elicit requirement and ensure they are articulated during
build/development stages untilfinalworkpackage delivery.
ï‚• Efficiently understand product solutions development needs and convert them into specific &
measurablework packages/user stories including their scopeof work, acceptance criteria & work
breakdown structure.
ï‚• Good understanding of various techstacksbeing used currently, and good understanding of web
and mobiledevelopment framework& practices.

ï‚• Can write project/solution specifications, requirements, user stories, scope documents and
perform theroleof a technical business analyst.
ï‚• Correctly interpret the architectural document, designdiagrams or any micro level solution needs
including Data model, data type, APIs or any associated Front-end or Back-end solutioning as
required.
ï‚• Should be able to lead stand-ups, grooming, product demos and escalate questions and roadblocks as
needed
ï‚• Assistand review TestCases and participate in releasemanagement and regression testing
ï‚• Should understand Agile/SCRUMProjectBoards suchas DevOps, JIRA or similar.
ï‚• Should understand solution platforms such as Microsoft Dot Net, Azure , Python etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REǪUIREMENTS
ï‚• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
ï‚• Proven experience as asoftwaredeveloper or Data Engineer or Data Scientist is aplus.
ï‚• High level of comfort working withcustom-developed Applications
ï‚• Worked invarious patterns of workestimation and project analysis.
ï‚• Knowledge of AzureDevOps and Git repositories is aplus.
ADDITIONAL ǪUALIFICATIONS
ï‚• Exposure to product-based solutions and use case definition.
ï‚• Nottechnology restricted inproviding solutions
ï‚• Should be able to do project and work estimations.
ï‚• Proficiency in spoken and written English language required for successfully articulating user-
stories clearly.
ï‚• Good documentation and diagramming skills.
ï‚• Establish workpriorities and workwithin suchboundaries.
ï‚• Interpersonal skills to workwith differentstakeholders and team members.
