Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Need Public Sector experience.Job Description:1.Oracle Cloud Project Manager2.Client is looking for an Oracle Cloud Project Manager (Public Sector) to join client s team. 3.This role requires routine travel to client sites.

 

Client Is Looking For:1.3 to 5 plus years managing Oracle Cloud (HCM, FIN, SCM, EPM, ERP) implementation projects.2.Experience leading multi-year, multi-phase and complex Oracle Cloud engagements and migrations.3.Public Sector (city/state/local government) and/or K12 schools project experience required.4.Ability to conduct effective discussions about Oracle systems and business operations topics with all levels of client organizations and across all discipline areas (technical, functional, change management, project management, and operations management).5.Experience with managing engagements that include third-party, integrated systems.6.Understanding of full life cycle project delivery methodology including stakeholder and risk management practices.7.Familiarity with implementation of change management objectives and practices.8.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people.9.4-year bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience).10.PMP Certified (highly recommended).11.Experience utilizing a full life cycle methodology.12.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people.13.Strong troubleshooting skills, especially to facilitate the resolution of cross-team challenges.14.Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.15.Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).16.Ability to manage and collaborate with an offshore delivery arm of the overall project team, for both functional and technical delivery tasks.

 

What Candidate will Do:1.Manage Client rapid and complex Oracle Cloud and SaaS project engagements.2.Engage with Client project team members and client stakeholders to ensure adherence to Client s project methodology.3.Prepare weekly project status reporting for project PMO, client steering committee and Client Management.4.Manage project resources and project timeline to the established project budget, addressing all changes in scope according to the project change control process.5.Develop and manage project schedules.6.Assist with business development initiatives including presentations and proposals.7.Assist with internal operational objectives for project management methodology and practices.
