SAP ISU Billing Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Billing Specialist with a strong background in Bill Print processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SAP ISU Billing and a solid understanding of configuring, troubleshooting, and managing bill print solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing operations, supporting system enhancements, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage SAP ISU Billing processes, including Bill Print workflows. Develop, customize, and maintain billing forms and templates using SAP SmartForms or Adobe Forms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing and bill printing processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement billing solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational billing standards.

Optimize billing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Support system upgrades, testing, and go-live activities for billing and print solutions. Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong expertise in SAP ISU Billing module, including configuration and implementation. Hands-on experience with Bill Print processes and tools like SAP SmartForms, Adobe Forms, or third-party print solutions.

Familiarity with billing-related integration points in SAP ISU (e.g., device management, meter reading, invoicing). Proficiency in ABAP debugging is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot billing-related issues. Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the utility industry is highly desirable. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP ISU Certification
