Business Analyst

Role: Business AnalystRole Description: IBM Federal is seeking a Business Analyst with strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with client stakeholders and Product Owners to define Epics, User Stories, and artifacts using an Agile development methodology. This role will also consist of a variety of common analysis and consulting tasks including process development.Level of Experience & Preferred Education: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analyst and/or Product Owner role. At least one (1) Agile certification (ICAgile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, SAFe). Strong qualifications in areas of user story collaboration, backlog grooming/backlog management, defining done and acceptance criteria, user centered design/personas, code development, integration support, automated testing, usability testing, DevOps (including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), configuration management/change control, data operations, and deployment activities. Lead/observe Agile ceremonies that span daily stand-ups, iteration planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives, and increment planning to get feedback from T-5 stakeholders and elevate mission value.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with large hyperscaler delivery, native Cloud Services architecture and DevOps, and providing managed services for Cloud operations preferred.
