- Rajasthan: Manage sales operations and customer relationships across key cities and textile clusters in Rajasthan.
⚫ Managing Existing Dealers and Customers:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Ensure timely communication, support, and follow-ups to sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
⚫ Market Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new dealers and direct customers in the assigned region.
-Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow market share.
⚫ Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure seamless experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all regional customers.
⚫ Product Promotion:
- Promote our range of innovative and sustainable textile chemicals to drive market adoption.
⚫ Market Analysis:
-Monitor regional industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
