Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ASM based at Bhopal to generate sales through channel partners. The ASM will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new/existing dealers, providing support and service, and working collaboratively with the Solartrade team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Sales and business development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and its market landscape
Experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and generate sales leads
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Bachelors degree in electrical, business, marketing, or a related field
Channel Sales Experience is a PLUS
