Intertec Systems - Technical Writer - API Documentation (3-5 yrs)

Technical Documentation :

- Create and maintain Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams, and Workflow Diagrams.

- Document system architecture, including microservices, databases, and cloud components.

- Develop API Documentation (REST/GraphQL) using Swagger / Postman / OpenAPI.

- Write detailed software requirement specifications (SRS) and functional documentation.

Software & Engineering Documentation :

- Work with developers to document backend, frontend, and database schemas.

- Maintain code documentation for easier onboarding of new engineers.

- Document workflow automation (Camunda BPMN, Zeebe, or Temporal).

- Keep track of design decisions, trade-offs, and system constraints.

Tools & Formatting :

- Use tools like Lucidchart, PlantUML, Draw.io, or Visio to generate technical diagrams.

- Create and update developer guides, system installation manuals, and best practices.

- Manage documentation using Markdown, Confluence, Docusaurus, or MkDocs.
