Commercial Data Analyst

Hybrid - 2days in office in London Victoria.

JOB PURPOSE:

This is an exciting time to join IWG, our business is growing rapidly, and we are making significant changes to boost scalability and profitability. The Global Pricing & Retention team is at the heart of commercial decision making of IWG. The pricing and retention strategies we devise and execute directly drive volume and earnings and are correspondingly visible in the organization. This role involves deep data analysis, identifying barriers to pricing & retention optimization, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions. This role will need someone adept in analytical and technical skills, more details are below.

This role reports to the Global Head of Customer Retention and is concerned with the creation and execution of evidence-based pricing and customer retention strategies that deliver real results.
