Role & responsibilities
• Improving overall mental health and well-being.
• Assist the employee population in finding ways of dealing with internal psychological conflicts and addressing their issues in a practical manner.
• Diagnose/ assess /and manage medical conditions like anxiety, depression, adjustment to physical illnesses, neurological disorders, addictive behaviors, challenging behaviors, eating disorders, personal and family relationship problems.
• Provide supportive therapy for issues such as abuse, addiction, select clinical disorders and personality complexities.
• Assess, provide support, and manage distress resulting from issues related to adjustment, conflict resolution, time management, negative thinking, work-life balance, self-confidence, and building on perspective taking, concerns related to interpersonal relationships, marital concerns and personal growth.
• Provide group psychological counselling session where required and deliver presentations / take part in work shops.
Preferred candidate profile
M.sc in Clinical Psychology
Must have at least three years of experience in clinical psychology
Must be willing to work from office
