Urgently Hiring For Post Production Manager For Baroda !!

Role & responsibilities :-

• Develop and implement post-production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production targets and Sales demand.
• Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Oversee all packaging and labeling operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Manage packaging SFG inventory and optimize packaging processes for cost-effectiveness and product integrity.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control procedures throughout the post-production process.
• Monitor product quality, conduct regular inspections, and address any quality deviations promptly. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet demand while minimizing storage costs. Implement inventory control systems and procedures to track inventory movement and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Supervise and motivate post-production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Continuously evaluate and improve post-production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Identify and implement best practices and innovative technologies.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the post-production area. Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Develop and manage the post-production budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and supply chain management.
• Experience with packaging and labelling operations, including knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Must Have Skills : -

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
