Dispatch Executive

Job Role:-

• Manage the shipping function of the company.
• Maintain optimal inventory level to insure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirement Monitor work in process and finish goods inventories.
• Maintain SAP entries and Records.
• Daily report display of actual dispatch.
• Responsible for achieving 100% performance in manufacturing and at customer end.
• Follow up with materials department for material and production for FG which ensure smooth running of customer line.
• Shipping Parts on time & As per PPC plan / Priority wise.
• Keep tracking Shipment until material not reached @ Customer end.
• Establish safety stock at customer, IAC FG. In touch with person who is stationed @ TCF Line for smooth prod. & Avoid stoppages.
• Maintain FIFO system for Finished Goods and correct Identification & labeling for part & location.
• Circulate / Highlight Shortage list to concern in advance for Customer.
• Preparation of SPD Requirements ( Circulate Summary sheet including IAC part no & qty & Descriptions to concern & follow the Same.
• Coordinates shift work coverage in support of manufacturing and customer schedules.

Skills :-

• Shipping as per JIT and JIS
• 100% delivery performance for OEM & SPD
• Daily dispatch report - SAP SD model
• co-ordination with internal & external Customer. No line loss for empty packing
