Client Services Representative

We at Interactive Brokers are seeking to hire individuals with a financial services industry background Or Freshers with either an MBA (Finance & Marketing) Or a graduate degree in finance to join our Client Service team. The selected candidates will be offered an exclusive compensation package along with shift allowances + Cash bonus and stock bonus.

The ideal candidate must have a high-level professional demeanor suitable for interaction with an experienced and active global clientele base.

Responsibilities:

• Exposure to global client handling process (respond to retail and professional clients' queries via email, chats, and inbound calls.)
• Gain thorough knowledge of products offered by IB on various global exchanges
• Assist clients with opening and funding accounts
• Enlighten clients on different features of the Trader Workstation
• Explain margin requirements to clients
• Investigate trade issues and order executions
• Understanding the impact of securities legislation on customers

Qualifications:

• Education: University degree required (MBA- Finance & Marketing/Bachelors in finance background) (Freshers can apply)
• High level of MS Excel skills required
• Language skills: Fluent English
• Good quantitative/analytical skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills required
  

Additional Allowances as per shift
(All shifts are compulsory, except night for female candidates)
(Rotational Shift every 4 months)

Morning - INR 200 per day

Afternoon - INR 200 per day

Night - INR 650 per day
