Sales Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented sales executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative solar lighting solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, client visits).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or lighting industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within India for business development activities.

Salary:

• Fixed: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Variable: Performance-based incentives on sales achieved
