Resource Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Forecasting:

• Take ownership of manpower allocation and availability of manpower for the medical and telesales team
• Analyze business demands and estimate the required number of personnel to meet operational goals effectively

Hiring Estimation:

• Assess hiring needs based on current workforce strength, current and projected attrition rates, and future business requirements
• Develop actionable hiring plans that bridge the gap between demand and supply

Hiring Plan Development Execution:

• Continuously track hiring progress and ensure alignment with business timelines and objectives of the team
• Lead hiring teams to ensure quality hire through a robust process of candidates screening and hiring

Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly monitor the performance of hiring teams, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on hiring numbers and recruitment progress, live number of candidates on role, and pipeline to ensure transparency and planning of other activities

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a central point of communication for manpower planning and hiring updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related Fields
• Proven experience in leading manpower planning, HR strategy and recruitment related activities Have managed and led a team doing large scale hiring in the past with vigorous hiring targets
• Good analytics and forecasting skills; proficiency in using data and metrics to make informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
