Short Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Truemeds. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our healthcare professionals, who work with us on a freelancing basis. This position involves acting as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, and driving the performance of professionals to align with the firm’s objectives.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with medical professionals while ensuring their satisfaction and performance excellence.
Responsibility:
The key responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include:
Managing Healthcare Professionals:
- Oversee the activities and performance of healthcare professionals working with Truemeds on a freelancing basis
- Serve as a liaison between the healthcare professionals and the organization, addressing their needs, concerns, and queries promptly
Relationship Management:
- Act as a relationship manager, fostering a positive and professional rapport with the healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular touchpoints with the team to understand their challenges and provide the necessary support
- Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment, ensuring profeeionals feel valued and integral to the organization’s success
Performance Enhancement:
- Analyse the performance metrics of healthcare professionals and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and tailor support programs to help staff align their performance with organizational requirement
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement training sessions, workshops, and resources to support professional development
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures among the healthcare professionals
- Work closely with Operations teams and other stakeholders to address any discrepancies, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standards.
- Manage scheduling, work allocations, and performance tracking to maintain efficiency and quality in service delivery
Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a mediator to address and resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings between the healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
- Ensure all issues are resolved promptly while maintaining a focus on long-term solutions and fostering trust
Strategic Contribution:
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve overall engagement, retention, and productivity of the healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the work experience for freelance professionals
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or freelancing domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and providing actionable feedback.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the medical field or prior experience working with medical professionals is highly desirableRole & responsibilities
