HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HR Executive HR and Admin who is highly skilled in Excel and data handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HR software like GreytHR, and should be capable of managing critical HR processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Candidates with experience in Recruitment alone need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and probation/confirmation formalities.
• Draft and manage important documents like employment contracts and bonds with precision.

1. Data Management:
• Maintain and update HR databases with 100% accuracy.
• Generate reports, track metrics, and ensure error-free data handling.

1. Employee Engagement & Communication:
• Assist in planning and executing creative employee engagement activities.
• Send emails, follow up on tasks, and coordinate effectively across teams.

1. Administration:
• Support day-to-day administrative work, including procurement and logistics.
• Ensure smooth handling of office needs and HR-related queries.

1. Coordination and Support:
• Work closely with the Senior HR Manager on various HR and admin projects.
• Communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders.

Who Should Apply?

• Experience:
• 2 to 4 yearsof relevant experience in HR, Administration, and HRMS tools like GreytHR or similar software.

• Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, payroll, attendance, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a no-error approach to data management.
