Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for people management, efficient task handling, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience and will also be comfortable managing administrative responsibilities to support our team and foster a productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent for our diverse business verticals.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and leverage platforms for optimal hiring.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance team morale and foster a positive work environment.

HR Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure that HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee and support compliance initiatives, maintaining records and handling audits.

Performance Management & Development:

  • Implement performance review processes, ensuring timely feedback and performance-related communication.
  • Support professional development initiatives and work with department heads to identify training needs.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage basic administrative functions such as office supplies, facility coordination, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation to streamline administrative efficiency.

HR Operations & Data Management:

  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and reports with high accuracy.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking systems.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally with exposure to administrative duties.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
