Senior Financial Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily & monthly closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and implement process improvements.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and enhance financial accounting systems and software, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Responsible for expense management of company.
• Ensure compliance with finance and accounts policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelors/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a diversified enterprise.
• Strong proficiency in finance and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (IFRS/GAAP).
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of financial information.
• Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
