Role : Technical Trainer - Data Science

Position Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Data Science. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide learners at various levels of experience. This is a dynamic role that involves creating training materials, conducting sessions, mentoring learners, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Training Delivery :

- Conduct in-person and online training sessions on Data Science with AI.

- Use innovative teaching methods to ensure effective learning and engagement.

- Tailor training approaches to meet the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.

2. Curriculum Design & Development :

Develop and update course content, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments based on industry standards.

Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, guides, and coding examples.

3. Practical Application :

- Design real-world projects and case studies to give learners hands-on experience in solving industry-relevant problems.

- Teach best practices for coding, debugging, and data-driven decision-making.

4. Technical Expertise :

- Deliver training on tools, technologies, and frameworks such as : Python, R, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, Deep Learning, etc.

5. Mentorship & Support :

- Provide one-on-one mentorship to learners for projects and career guidance.

- Offer constructive feedback to help learners improve technical and soft skills.

6. Continuous Learning & Improvement :

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in data science, Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on learner feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements :

1. Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience :

- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science.

- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator is highly preferred.

3. Technical Skills :

- Expertise in one or more programming languages (Python, R, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks .

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and workflows.

4. Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
