Job Summary :

- We are seeking a seasoned Data Science leader with 10+ years of experience to drive our client's data-driven initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong business acumen, capable of leading complex projects, mentoring teams, and delivering impactful solutions that directly influence revenue and customer retention.

- A deep understanding of predictive analytics, machine learning, and experience with Gen AI technologies are essential.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.

- Develop and implement advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, SVM, recommendation engines, and neural networks.

- Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau to communicate insights and drive data-informed decision-making.

- Web Analytics & Experimentation: Utilize web analytics platforms like Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and optimize the user experience.

- Lead the implementation of data science solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Explore and implement Gen AI technologies to solve business problems, including NLU search, customer value management (CVM), metadata enrichment, and other relevant use cases.

- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, PySpark, SparkR) to process and analyze large datasets.

- Own the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from model development to deployment and market impact assessment.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the business, including revenue generation and customer retention strategies.

- Lead and drive multiple complex data science projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating complex data science concepts and insights.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Foster a culture of innovation and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in the Data Science and Analytics domain.

- Expertise in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning.

- Hands-on experience with open-source analytical tools (R, Python).

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau).

- Experience with web analytics platforms (Mixpanel).

- Proven experience implementing data science solutions in production.

- Exposure to Generative AI technologies.

- Understanding of analytical architecture components, query languages, web services, and APIs.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, PySpark, SparkR).

- Proven experience in Model to Market.

- Strong understanding of commercial (revenue and retention) aspects of the business.

- Experience leading and driving multiple complex projects.

- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
