Role Overview :

In the role , you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of data science engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with AWS cloud services.

- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.

- Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

- Engage actively in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, committing to the highest levels of quality and pushing the envelope of innovation.

- Analytical Problem Solving - Possess the ability to dissect problems from a holistic perspective, rather than being constrained by specific techniques.

- Planning: Demonstrate the capacity to make significant contributions to both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

- Industry Knowledge - Stay informed about the latest developments in Data Science and AI, and adeptly apply this knowledge to a variety of scenarios.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.

- An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced analytical roles, with at least 5 years dedicated to project and people management so total is of 15+ years of experience.

- Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
