Key Skill Required:

Finite Element Modeling and durability analysis

Skill level: 3-6 years of experience in the FE Model building activity using ANSA software & should have experience in finite element simulation of vehicle systems in Permas, Nastran, Radioss & Abaqus. Should have full vehicle knowledge, with capacity to build full vehicle FE model, perform basic check runs like 1g Static, Modal Analysis.

Scope of work:

Perform finite element analysis independently, understand the need of the internal customers,

• Finite element model preparation for durability analysis.
• Full vehicle model preparation (should aware of connections like bolt, weld, bush)
• Finite element analysis of full vehicle chassis & truck cabin concerning durability and vibration.
• Assures quality before delivery of the results
• Interpreting analysis results, provide design improvement suggestions, preparation of reports
• Actively interact with the design department to improve the performance of parts and vehicle systems and to prioritize work
• Experience in commercial vehicle simulation will be added advantage
