Qualification: B.E in Mechanical/Automobile or Diploma

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Work Location: Chennai

Notice Period: 30 days

Skill level:

• Experience of 4-5 years in the automotive OEM or supplier industries.
• Experience in RLDA & Vehicle testing of commercial vehicle/Automotive industry.
• Proficiency with data acquisition systems, sensors, and measurement tools.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics and performance metrics.
• Experience with parts load calibrations, strain data, acceleration data, displacement data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in data acquisition systems and software like N-code Glyph works
• B.E in Mechanical/Automobile or Diploma with experience

Scope of work:

• Select appropriate sensors, including accelerometers, strain gauges, displacement sensors on test vehicles.
• Configure and operate data loggers and acquisition systems to capture high-quality data.
• Set up preparation for testing parts calibrations & conducting calibrations activity.
• Conduct road load data acquisition on test vehicles under real-world driving conditions and controlled test environments.
• Develop and implement data processing and analysis techniques, including data filtration, noise reduction, and signal conditioning.
• Analyze road load data to identify trends, anomalies, and critical operating conditions.
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing data findings and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to work in both field (test track, real-world driving) and laboratory environments.
