**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune, Hinjewadi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture and cloud services and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cloud Architecture Design:** Design and implement cloud architectures that meet the business requirements and are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- **Cloud Strategy Development:** Develop cloud strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
- **Solution Implementation:** Lead the implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- **Optimization:** Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance.
- **Migration:** Lead and execute the migration of on-premises applications to the AWS cloud.
- **Security:** Implement and manage security best practices and frameworks on AWS.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
- **Documentation:** Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, and processes.
- **Mentorship:** Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on cloud best practices and technologies.
- **Stay Updated:** Keep up-to-date with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills:**

- **AWS Expertise:** Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and others.
- **Architectural Knowledge:** Deep understanding of cloud architecture patterns and best practices.
- **Security:** Proficient in implementing security measures, such as IAM, security groups, network ACLs, and encryption.
- **DevOps Tools:** Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
- **Scripting:** Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- **Networking:** Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, VPN, and load balancing.
- **Problem-Solving:** Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- **Certifications:** AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

**Educational Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with other cloud providers like Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
