Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the TA team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.

• Handle a variety of job requirements from different clients.

• Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates

• Understanding the client requirements and sourcing candidates from Job Portal.

• Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain,

experience, qualifications

• Must be able to screen, select or reject a candidate based on previous employment to assess

• Communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change, negotiate salary etc.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team.

• Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of

current IT trends.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT,Human Resources, Business, etc.).

Required Skills:

• Ready to relocate to Mangalore

• Strong interest and passion for recruitment and the IT industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.

• Basic knowledge of IT skills,technologies, and industry terminology is preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the recruitment field.
