Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the TA team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.

• Handle a variety of job requirementsfrom different clients.

• Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates

• Sourcing candidates from Job Portal.

• Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience,

• qualifications

• Must be able to screen,select or reject a candidate based on previous employment to assess

• Communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change, negotiate salary etc.

• Understanding the client requirements

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team.

• Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current

• IT trends.

Required skills:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Must be proactive and able to learn quickly.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduates.
