Job Overview
Rubiscape, a leading AI-driven Data Science & Analytics SaaS platform, is seeking a Sales Manager Cloud Sales to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and expand market penetration in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B cloud-based SaaS sales, experience with enterprise-level consultative selling, and a deep understanding of data analytics platforms.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
✔ 5+ years of SaaS/Cloud Sales experience, preferably in AI, Data Science, or Analytics.
✔ Strong background in B2B enterprise sales, consultative selling, and SaaS-based revenue models.
✔ Demonstrated success in hitting/exceeding sales quotas ($X Million+ in ARR).
✔ Experience selling cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of subscription pricing models.
✔ Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and pipeline management.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently, drive deals, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred:
✔ Prior experience in selling data analytics, AI/ML, or Business Intelligence SaaS platforms.
✔ Understanding of data science workflows, AutoML, and predictive analytics.
✔ Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
📌 Revenue Quota Attainment Achieve X% of assigned targets.
📌 New Customer Acquisition Close X new accounts per quarter.
📌 Lead Conversion Rate Convert X% of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
📌 Pipeline Growth – Maintain a 3X pipeline coverage of the quarterly quota.
📌 Renewal & Expansion Revenue – Drive X% of upsells and renewals.
