  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value and meet revenue goals.
  • Onboarding & Support: Guide clients through onboarding, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of products or services.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments, coordinating with clients to resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client account performance, provide regular updates, and suggest strategies for optimization and success.

  • Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Project management skills.
  • General understanding of full lifecycle development of a Dynamics 365/CRM and Power Platform (installation, configuration, customization, and deployment).
  • Deep understanding of best practices.
  • Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
  • Experience working on support project, handling tickets, Raising change request, Problem Tickets closure.
  • Knowledge about development of Azure resources like Logic apps, functions app, APIM, key vaults, secrets, connectors.
  • Knowledge about CRM apps for Sales, Customer service, Project service automation, Marketing.
  • Lead client meetings and/or facilitated strategy sessions.
  • Assess and document current state architecture and integrations in the platform.
  • Working with customers to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, and consulting with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platform.
  • Identifying creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code.

Sr. Business Development Manager Experience Desired: 4 - 10 years | Positions available in: Navi Mumbai

Lead Generation, lead warming, leading to closure and deal signing.
Pre-sales is an important component in the process wherein understanding customer project requirements, documenting the scope and proposal including project estimates.
Length and breadth of understanding on Intelegain s service offerings, project portfolio, its various capabilities in various verticals and horizontals
Travel to destinations domestic or international if required for various tech fests, meetups or events for networking
Working closely with the sales/business development team in trying to meet sales targets and closures
Account Management Managing customers that have been converted, trying to upsell and maintain relationship with clients and help grow the account.
Devise strategies and out-of-the-box approach to sales that can help in new client acquisition and retention

Key Skills: WordPress, Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Shopify, Magneto

  • Expertise in WordPress version 8 & minimum 5 projects.
  • Proficiency in WordPress hooks.
  • Strong and working knowledge in creating custom theme and custom plugin for WordPress
  • Knowledge on standard coding practices and working with GIT.
  • Should have worked in Agile environment following Agile development cycle.
  • Expertise in Core PHP minimum 5 projects.
  • Experience working directly with international clients.
  • Other framework working knowledge on Laravel, Shopify and Magento.
  • MySQL and MSSQL expertise.
  • CI/CD knowledge.
Navision Business Central Experience Desired: 2+ years | Positions available in: Navi Mumbai

Nav/BC Technical Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Business Central.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle development across multiple versions of Dynamics Navision.
  • Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
  • Ability to architect and implement end to end solution.
Nav/BC Functional Consultant
  • End to end implementation using Microsoft implementation methodology and work together with technical team to get requirements developed.
  • Experience in drafting requirement document and providing pre- sales support for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    Must Have:

    • Outstanding knowledge of D365 BC/NAV functional modules like Financials, Sales & receivables, purchase & payables, warehousing & inventory management, and Jobs & resource management.
    • Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it, having exposure to the application support engagement
    • Project management skills is added advantage.
    • Requirement gathering, analysis and ability to convert raw requirements into actionable design document.
    • Knowledge of any add-on solution on top of NAV/BC in any domain will be good to have.
    • Provide demo of configured product to clients, end user training and conduct functional testing of the application.

Key Skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce.

  • Create and manage email campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Experience with any of the marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) to automate workflows, segment audiences, and personalize content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging email content, including newsletters, promotions, and product announcements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve email content, design, and delivery tactics.
  • Maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Good to have exposure/knowledge in understanding compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
